What you need to get your HC (Constantmesh) Licence
- You need to have held a class MR or HR Licence for 12 months or more.
- Must have current manual driving experience.
- Pass an RMS HC Knowledge Test ($45 RMS fee)
- Pass an RMS Eyesight test
- At that time ask for a CBA (Competency Based Assessment) Logbook and CBA guide book. ($27 RMS fee)

- A deposit is required to secure and confirm your booking.
- The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel without 72 hours notice OR you are assessed and found not to have current manual experience.
- Undertake training and assessment with ABC assessors. If able to demonstrate competence receive a certificate of competence from your assessor.
- Return to your local RMS and exchange your Certificate of Competence for your upgraded Licence ($27 RMS fee)
- No RMS truck driving test required
- MUST HAVE CURRENT Heavy Vehicle driving experience.
- NOTE: Red P1 and Green P Plate holders are not eligible to apply for a HC Licence.
