1. The learner must be at least 16 years of age.
2. Study the Road Users’ Handbook issued by the Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) - Available FREE from the Roads and Maritime Services NSW website Licensing Documents
3. Pass a knowledge test (RMS fee applies)
4. Proof of Identity needed (eg. Full birth certificate)
5. Pass an eyesight test
6. Obtain a Learner’s Licence
7. Obtain a Learner Driver Log book
8. Minimum age for Provisional Licence is 17 years
9. Contact your local ABC Driving School to book your 3-for-1 Lessons. (10 hours with your ABC Driving Instructor will count as 30 in your learners logbook)

An RMS fee applies for the Learner’s Licence which is valid for 3 years.
