GIFT VOUCHERS

Each voucher is redeemable against one full hour of driving tuition with one of our fully qualified and insured instructors.

Vouchers are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase and an expiry date is issued on them. If a voucher does not have an expiry date or the date is illegible, the expiry date will be twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. It is the responsibility of the purchaser/recipient to contact ABC Driving School to book lessons BEFORE the vouchers expire.

UN-USED GIFT VOUCHERS

A full refund (100%) will be issued on any unused voucher package (ie a complete five- or ten-voucher package as originally purchased) that is returned to the issusing office before the expiry date which is twelve months from the date of purchase.

A partial refund will be issued on any unused vouchers returned to the issuing office before the expiry date. The refund amount will be calculated at the following rate:

voucher package price - (number of used vouchers x full standard lesson rate)

No refund will be issued on expired vouchers.

DRIVER AUTHORITY (BUS)

When you enrol with ABC Driving School (Western Suburbs) you will receive a Driver Authority Application Form and Bus Authority training materials. Once you have opened this package the enrolment fee is non-refundable as the materials are issued with a serial number unique to each student and are not transferable.

Enrolment on the one-day training course does not guarantee successful completion. The course consists of both training and written assessment tasks. Whilst assistance will be given in helping clients understand the tasks, a good standard of spoken and written English is required.

On the day of your course you will be required to undertake a written assessments and you must be deemed competent in that assessment to obtain the "Completion of Training" certificate. 

Your eligibility to lodge your application is not verified by ABC Driving School trainers. All further costs involved in lodging your form with the Ministry of Transport are the responsibility of the candidate.
